By accessing or using this website or doing business with Bluegalaxy International Exports Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.


1. General Terms

● These Terms govern all orders, communications, and interactions between Bluegalaxy International Exports Private Limited and the customer (“you”, “your”).

● We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

● We strive to ensure that all product information, including descriptions, prices, and specifications, is accurate and up-to-date.

● Due to the nature of agricultural and perishable products, there may be minor variations in appearance or weight depending on harvest and season.

3. Pricing and Payment

● All quotations are valid for a limited period, as specified in the offer.

● Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before processing or dispatch of orders.

● Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and other agreed channels.

4. Order Confirmation and Processing

● Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance or full payment, depending on terms.

● After confirmation, you will be granted access to our secure Customer Portal to track your order, view documentation, and communicate with our team.

5. Delivery and Shipping

● Delivery timelines depend on product type, availability, logistics, and destination.

● We provide updates via our portal including: ○ Transportation details

○ Vehicle and driver information

○ Product loading images/videos

○ Quality reports and loading confirmation

6. Quality Assurance

● Our dedicated Product Quality Manager ensures that all goods are loaded as per committed standards.

● Pre-dispatch photos, videos, and weight receipts are shared with customers for approval.

7. Final Payment and Dispatch

● Final payment must be made upon receiving the loading report and weight receipt.

● Once final payment is confirmed, we issue the final invoice, shipping documents, and insurance* (if applicable), and dispatch your goods.

8. Limitation of Liability

● We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, customs delays, etc.).

● Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

● These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.


Return & Replacement Policy

At Bluegalaxy International Exports Private Limited, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of many of our products, our return policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

● Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

● Valid reasons for return/replacement include: ○ Damage in transit (with proof)

○ Quality issues not matching the provided photos/videos

○ Quantity mismatch (based on official weight slip)

2. Non-Returnable Items

● Products that are perishable and have been used, opened, or stored improperly.

● Products not accompanied by visual evidence (photos/videos) at the time of receipt.

● Custom or bulk orders where quality was pre-approved before dispatch.

3. Return Process

● To initiate a return or replacement: 1. Contact us immediately via the portal or email at sales@bgiexports.com

2. Share order ID, photos/videos, and detailed description of the issue

3. Our team will review the claim and initiate investigation

4. Resolution

● If your claim is approved, we may offer: ○ A replacement shipment

○ Partial credit or refund

○ Discount on the next order

Note: Refunds or replacements are solely at the discretion of Bluegalaxy International Exports Private Limited after verifying the evidence and claim.

5. Shipping Costs

● In case of verified claims, return/replacement shipping charges will be borne by us.

● If the claim is not validated, the customer is responsible for return logistics.
