Vendor Signup Process

We value partnerships with trusted vendors who are committed to quality, timely delivery, and ethical business practices. Our Vendor Registration Process is simple, transparent, and designed to build long-term business relationships.

Step 1

Initial Inquiry

Prospective vendors can express interest in partnering with us through any of the following channels:

Please include:

  • Brief company profile
  • Nature of products/services offered
  • Location and operational capacity
Step 2

Vendor Application Form

Upon review of your inquiry, eligible vendors will receive a Vendor Registration Form via email or portal access.

Required details include:

  • Company/Firm Name and Registration Documents
  • PAN, GSTIN, and applicable licenses
  • Bank account details with cancelled cheque
  • Contact person details
  • Product/Service catalogue and price list
  • Trade references, if any
Step 3

Document Verification

Our internal team will verify:

  • Authenticity of submitted documents
  • Compliance with our quality and regulatory standards
  • Financial and supply capacity for consistency
Step 4

Sample Evaluation (if applicable)

For product vendors (especially in agriculture, FMCG, or handicrafts):

  • You may be required to send product samples for inspection
  • Our Quality Assurance Team will evaluate quality, packaging, and suitability for our markets
Step 5

Approval & Vendor Code Generation

Once approved:

  • You will be assigned a Vendor ID Code
  • You’ll receive onboarding confirmation along with payment terms, supply schedules, and point-of-contact details
Step 6

Onboarding & Portal Access

Approved vendors receive:

  • Access to our Vendor Management Portal
  • Real-time updates on purchase orders (POs), dispatch instructions, and payment status
  • Communication channel with our Purchase and Quality Control teams
